I wanted something fairly lightweight but sturdy and I think I found it.
Since getting these I've been walking and climbing mucky wet hills and haven't seen an issue. They're comfortable, don't feel like they're gonna crumble around you and the grip is great.
Hate the lacing 'system' though dunno how I missed that before buying! I will say they do tighten enough and don't feel like they're gonna slip off, I'd just prefer a traditional lace
