At the same time it maintains the low weight and pack size to make it a year round choice.
A hybrid fabric construction combines lightweight 2.5 layer GORE-TEX PACLITE 40 Denier fabric with a hard wearing 3-layer GORE-TEX 75 Denier fabric reinforcements. Both use a PFCec free DWR.
With a simple but highly functional, 2 pocket design the Saltoro retains our renowned Mountain HC Hood, offering unrivalled protection in the worst weather it will also fit over a climbing helmet on the occasions when you’re venturing into steeper ground.
