What to Wear for Outdoor Yoga
Before we dive into the events, let's talk about what to wear for outdoor yoga. Comfort is key. Opt for moisture-wicking fabrics to stay dry and comfortable. A good yoga mat designed for outdoor use is a must. Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Layering is also a good idea as it can be chilly in the mornings and evenings. Do you see anything you like in our Yoga collection?
